The 1:0.8 maltodextrin to fructose ratio enables excellent carbohydrate absorption to better cope with physical activity.
Caffeine helps to reduce the perception of effort and reduce fatigue, while increasing attention and concentration.
Each sachet contains 44.1 g of maltodextrin, 35.3 g of fructose and 150 mg of caffeine.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 500 mL of water and drink in small sips before, during or after sports activities. In addition to physical activity, it is important to choose a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
