Cetilar Performance: the new project dedicated to sporting talents
Thanks to the Cetilar Performance project, PharmaNutra will support young sporting champions in their athletic and human growth.
PharmaNutra, always close to the world of sport at high levels thanks to the brand Cetilar, is starting from this year a sports, technical and human training path, dedicated to young sporting talents. This is the goal of the new, ambitious Cetilar Performance programme which, starting in March 2019, has already introduced two important collaborations in the world of karting and paracycling.
The first partnership dedicated to the very young promising talents of the motorsport world, sees, among the companies involved, not only PharmaNutra, but also the famous car manufacturer Dallara, in addition to Formula Medicine, a well-known training centre for professional drivers, Freem, a company producing accessories and racing clothing, Kart Republic talent scout Dino Chiesa, Team Driver Devid De Luchi, Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth and WSK Promotion. An important team, which will support the growth of the drivers materially through a 360° training based on technical activity, but also on values such as discipline, responsibility, spirit of sacrifice and constant search for the limit. Currently there are three drivers selected who will be part of the “Blue Wing” group: Joel Bergström, Sebastiano Pavan and Alfio Spina. Thanks to Cetilar Performance, the three young karters will have the opportunity to improve their skills on the track through training days organised at the offices of the partner companies involved.
In 2019, PharmaNutra will also support Obiettivo3 athletes an organisation born from an idea of Alex Zanardi with the aim of recruiting, starting and supporting materially and economically disabled people who wish to undertake a sporting activity. Through the Cetilar Performance project, the company is committed to purchasing three new hand bikes for the athletes selected by Objective 3, as well as providing material help in support with the significant costs of participation in sporting events: from travel expenses and accommodation, to preparation for accompanying these extraordinary athletes in their race to the Paralympic Games in Tokyo 2020.
“After all these years in which we have created and spread the values of sport through the continuous support of numerous sporting events and teams, we want to share our experience with the new generations and give them tangible help”, explains Roberto Lacorte, Vice President of PharmaNutra. “A mission we are embarking on with important partners. The expectation is to nurture real talent, both in terms of performance and character development”.
