CPhI Worldwide 2021: PharmaNutra returns to the world’s most important pharmaceutical trade fair

The 2021 edition of CPhI Worldwide, the world’s most important pharmaceutical trade fair, ended yesterday afternoon. The event was held in person once again after being virtual in 2020.
Three days of science and innovation, on stage in Fiera Milano from 9-11 November. As a fast-growing pharmaceutical and nutraceutical company in both Italy and internationally, PharmaNutra’s presence was a must.

AExhibiting for the fourth time, after the fairs in Madrid in 2018, Frankfurt and CPhI Japan 2019, PharmaNutra recorded considerable interest this year too, in both visibility terms and visitors to its stand: a very positive signal for recovery of international trade fair activities, until now seriously penalised by the pandemic.

“It is exciting to be physically present at a trade fair like CPhI Worldwide once again. More than two years have gone by since we last took part in such an important international event. We are really satisfied with the flow to our stand and the interest shown in our scientific solutions by visitors”, commented Carlo Volpi, Managing Director and COO of PharmaNutra.

After the two-year stop, the event’s growth trend – in both participation and importance terms – does not seem to have waned, with visitors and companies representing the best of the entire pharmaceutical production chain, from raw materials to finished product, from research to distribution.

The Group President, Andrea Lacorte, and the CEO Roberto Lacorte were also present at CPhl in Milan and declared: “We are finally back to human relations between our company and pharmaceutical world interlocutors. This event is a vital moment for a fast-expanding company like PharmaNutra. It can come into contact with professionals interested in distributing our products in geographical areas where we are not yet present. Furthermore, it is a chance to find room for collaboration with other companies in technological terms, related to research and scientific growth”.

The interest for PharmaNutra innovation and research expressed by both doctors and the public in recent years is growing fast, as can be seen in the recent commercial results, the numerous scientific studies published (134 between clinical and basic research) and the national and international patents related to the Sucrosomial^® Technology and the Cetylated Fatty Acids (CFA).

On this latter aspect, Germano Tarantino, Chief Scientific Officer of PharmaNutra comments: “It is undoubtedly a pleasure to return to direct contact with our interlocutors, and to see that our products attract a great deal of attention. So, the highly positive result of this CPhI Worldwide 2021 leads the company to concentrate on the next events in 2022, including taking part in the sector’s main trade fairs, besides CPhI 2022, to be held from 1 to 3 November in Frankfurt.
