Cetilar® and Obiettivo 3 together towards Tokyo 2020

The partnership between our brand Cetilar® – the rapid absorption cream mainly intended for athletes, which is ideal for reducing painful joint and muscle symptoms due to trauma – and Obiettivo 3, a project created from an idea by Alex Zanardi to recruit, initiate and physically and economically support disabled people who wish to start taking part in a sports activity, has been formalised. The aim – or, rather, the ambition – of this partnership is, specifically, to bring three athletes to the Paralympics in Tokyo in 2020.
A path that has now been started and that has been consolidated thanks to the support of Cetilar® with its Performance project, a new development and mentorship programme designed by PharmaNutra – which is already widely present in the world of sport with its Cetilar®, thanks to the main sponsorship of the Parma Football Club in Series A, the Cetilar Racing motorsport team engaged in the World Endurance Championship (and in the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans) and the important 151 Miglia-Trofeo Cetilar sailing race – alongside Alex Zanardi and his athletes in all the challenges they will face in the coming months.
Thanks to the Cetilar® Performance programme, as many as three new handcycles will be able to be purchased for athletes selected by Obiettivo 3. In addition, the contribution of Cetilar® Performance will support the considerable costs of participation in sporting events, which weigh upon the organisation of Obiettivo 3: travel expenses, accommodation, preparation and everything required by the athletes enrolled.
Cetilar® Performance will be alongside O3, even in the most important events of 2019, from the Two Days at Sea at Marina di Massa, which, in April, will open the para-cycling season, the para-cycling World Championships in Corridonia, scheduled in May.
